In-person signed or recorded statements are taken either in person or by phone. We provide our thoughts on the witness potential and appearance of the person being interviewed. Dated of birth, Social Security numbers, marital status and contact information are obtained to include full addresses, telephone numbers for work and home, and next of kin are included in the event you have to locate this person at a later date.
Accident Scene Investigations
Scene investigations with professional quality photography in 35mm or digital format and detailed CAD generated diagrams to show the scene of the accident including traffic controls, grades, obstructions to view, skid marks and line of sight on automobile cases. Documentation of defects or dangerous conditions, or lack thereof, on general liability cases. Detailed measurements taken with engineering quality tools and diagrams prepared by AutoCAD at the cost of hand drawn sketches.
